ACO Advantage Healthcare Consulting is led by a team of seasoned experts.

Robert Bond has provided service to many leading healthcare organizations including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS), Duke University Health System, Pfizer, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Merck.  His educational background includes an MBA focused on healthcare system management from Duke University and engineering degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Johns Hopkins University.

Robert is an active speaker and writer on healthcare reform, accountable care, and health IT.  He is experienced in facilitating conversations individual and group discussions with C-suite level executives, middle management, and technical individuals.

Robert currently lives outside of Philadelphia, PA where he enjoys exercising, teaching salsa dancing, and perfecting his Spanish speaking skills.

Nathan Gasser is a technologist and an entrepreneur with experience in website development, interactive marketing, social media, and many other facets of using the internet to promote communication, collaboration, and community.  Mr. Gasser’s past work includes 5 years as the Technical Director of LibertyNet, where he designed, developed and managed an internet infrastructure that served over a thousand Philadelphia-area organizations and companies including the first websites for PECO Energy, SEPTA, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, WHYY public media, the City of Philadelphia, and many more.

As a founding board member and past president of PANMA (Philadelphia Area New Media Association), Mr. Gasser has served the Philadelphia region’s young technology workers and entrepreneurs by assisting in the development of periodic networking and educational events and by raising awareness of the social, economic, and workforce issues that matter to this community. He is also the organizer of the Philadelphia Area PHP Meetup, the Philadelphia Area Drupal Group, and a former member of the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania’s Teaming For Technology advisory board, and vice chair of the East Goshen Township (PA) Conservancy Board.  Mr. Gasser holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, with an interest in multimedia development
